Happy New Year!!
I like so many other mama’s need to restart my Trim Healthy Mama journey.
I’d like to apologize for being so quiet the last couple months but family commitments interfered with my ability to post and share with you.
(and stay on plan …. can you relate?)
One thing I realized during my short break is that I missed writing here as well as being able to post helpful tips and tools for everyone. I fell off the wagon for a while and am working daily on getting back on track with my meal timing as well as making the right choices… watching my crossovers and just being on plan 100% of the time. I’ve gained back the original 55 pounds that I lost, because honestly
I wasn’t paying attention and the bad habits returned…
Only having coffee for breakfast
Not eating every 3 hours
Enjoying too many crossovers
Not drinking my sippers
Indulging in off plan foods
Not getting the proper amount of rest
Not exercising at all
Back on Plan for a New Year and a New ME!!
Some of the ways that I’m Restarting My Trim Healthy Mama Journey for the New Year are:
Using a Trim Healthy Binder
I made these Binder dividers to use.
These Journaling pages
Planning my Meals at least 2 weeks in advance with this Menu Planner
Using the ingredients we have on hand
