Homemade Vegetable Bouillon Powder (THM FP)

This homemade vegetable bouillon powder is a great way to flavor your trim and healthy soups and stews. We love using it for a quick healthy and soothing cup of broth with sandwiches during those chilly fall days or cold winter ones.

This homemade vegetable bouillon powder is great mixed into toppings for your casseroles added to vegetable sides and mixed into your coatings for chicken tenders or green fries.

About The Ingredients

This Homemade Vegetable Bouillon Powder is very simple to make and keep on hand in your pantry. It uses simple pantry ingredients that you can find at most grocery stores.

A soothing homemade vegetable bouillon powder that can be made into a cup of broth or used to season your meats vegetables and other dishes.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes ((40 g))
  • 2 tablespoons THM Mineral Salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes (can substitute 1 tablespoon onion powder)
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon wasabi powder (optional)
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons THM Super Sweet Blend
  • 1 teaspoon THM Integral Collagen (leave out for a vegetarian option)
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium-size bowl and whisk to combine well. Place in a resealable glass container (a small mason jar works great) and store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry pantry until ready to use.
Notes
!To make broth:
1 TBS of powder mixed into 1½ cups water.

!Use to season soups stews and more.
