These super crispy chicken thighs cook up quickly and easily in your air fryer.
Rick calls this my crazy good chicken. He even went so far as to tell me that he doesn’t want me to cook it any other way because he loves the super crispy skin.

I normally buy thighs when I buy skin on chicken because we really are not fans of the huge breasts and other pieces that come in the packages. Since we are a family of two it is easier and economical for me to buy smaller packages of meat so that we eat it within a reasonable amount of time.
Why I Love My Air Fryers
I actually own two air fryers, one is a drawer style Nuwave 3 quart Brio. And the other is a Power Air Fryer Oven 6qt.
Both of these Air Fryers have some “quirks”
The Nuwave does amazing things with steaks, chops and roasting veggies until they get super crispy. It is a bit harder to bake in and to make larger items because of the size of the basket.
The Power Air Fryer Oven is awesome for baking meatloaf, cakes, cookies and smaller pies in. I’ve also been able to make my own Rotisserie Chicken in it which saves us money in the budget when they are not on sale.

In the super crispy chicken thigh recipe, there is no place in the instructions about when to add the garlic

Oh gosh .. I normally add it to the spices.
Sylvia says
When do you use the cooking spray?
Judy says
I spritz my chicken just before placing it in the air fryer
