I think one of the things I have missed the most was being able to have a orange cream cooler. I love the creamy fruity coolness of this Orange Dream Cooler, it reminds me of push ups and summer time! What a bonus that it is low fat and low carb and fits perfectly into my Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle!

It’s a orange dream come true and super simple to make! I love the Sobe Lifewater Zero‘s that are on plan along with Vitamin Water Zero and the Bia5 drinks. I’ll bet you could use any of these to change up the flavors and have a never ending supply of these summertime coolers.
I used a Sobe Lifewater Zero to make mine, along with some 1% cottage cheese some unflavored protein powder and ice, you could add some glucomannan powder if it isn’t creamy enough.
With the hot summer days coming we need to stay hydrated as well as get that protein in!! This is not a sipper so it should be paired with a meal or used as a snack on those hot summer days.
This Orange Dream Cooler has a little bit of everything in it… by using the Lifewater along with protein powder it gives you vitamins as well as protein in every sip.
I don’t always like heavy meals or snacks when the heat starts to rise, in fact I love my cool summer drinks and drink a lot of oolong tea sweetened with Sweet Juice Concentrate as well as Good Girl Moon Shine and the infamous Shrinker from Trim Healthy Mama.

- ½ cup cottage cheese (I used 1% so that it stays a Fuel Pull)
- 1 cup Sobe Lifewater Zero, I used Blood Orange Mango
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 10 ice cubes, you can use more to make it thicker
- Put everything into your blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour into your glass and ENJOY!
You can make this without the protein powder as well by adding a cup of almond milk and a dash of sweetener but it really doesn’t need the sweetener because the Lifewater is already sweetened for you with plan approved Erythritol and Stevia.

This looks delicious! Where do you get your Sobe Lifewater Zero? Is it stevia-sweetened?

It is sweetened with erythritol and stevia, it’s the one the sister’s mention in the book and they have them at Sam’s, Walmart, and most Gas stations 😀 which makes this so awesome!!
