Something that always bothered me about those store bought shakes and smoothies is that there wasn’t a good variety of flavors and you get bored with them quickly.

I love the versatility of shakes and smoothies because they can be portable when needed and time saving during those moments in life where you only have minutes to grab something to fuel your body.

Utilizing fresh ingredients for shakes and smoothies makes a whole lot of sense to me. The vitamins and minerals in these fresh ingredients are way better than any artificial flavoring. Crisp clean ingredients are key to healthy living.
