We love pimento cheese spread around here and I just posted about this Pepper Jack Pimento Chicken Spread, which is the star of these Pepper Jack Chicken Poppers. It is also great on toasted Basic Low Carb Yeast Bread or my Simple Soda Bread.
We also really love this Jalapeno Popper Pimento Chesse from Nana’s Little Kitchen made into Air Fryer Poppers.
We have made the green fries from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook as well as these Pepper Jack Chicken Poppers.
My husband thinks it is the coolest of kitchen gadgets, while I am still a bit partial to my Instant Pot Duo60 6qt.
Do you have a favorite kitchen gadget?
One thing I have found is that I really like the extra rack and baking pan that Rick got me for Christmas. It makes clean up a bit easier and allows me to stack cook in our Air Fryer. I haven’t used the baking pan yet, but am looking forward to when I do. The Rack makes lifting these pepper jack chicken poppers easy to lift out of the basket.
I’m thinking it may be the one accessory I can’t live without.
I have noticed that most of my 6 inch pans fit within my NuWave Brio 3qt Air fryer.
But hey enough about the gadgets.
Pepper Jack Chicken Poppers Are A No Special Ingredients Recipe
I really try to keep most of my recipes what us THM’s like to call NSI. Using ingredients that you can buy from your local grocer. I also like quick and easy since I do work outside the home also. So yep, quick easy and affordable. These poppers can also be baked in your oven if you don’t have an air fryer.
