I have been meaning to post about these White Chocolate Chips for a while now, I’m sorry it has taken me so long.
White chocolate is one of my favorite treats, and while I’ve been following the Trim Healthy Mama Plan, I was in a bit of a conundrum about how to replace the sugar laden white chocolate of my past.
White chocolate has been a family tradition for us since I was a child. My grandma used to buy us each a white chocolate bunny for Easter… My sister and I always looked forward to that treat because she didn’t buy us chocolate any other time of year. I love white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies, and raspberries paired with white chocolate and these white chocolate chips will make sure that we can enjoy our family favorite recipes all year-long.
These white chocolate chips are really easy to make especially if you have one of these neat silicone trivets.
Here’s the Recipe for the White Chocolate Chips, but make sure to check further down in the post for other baking chip recipes that I’ve made!!

I’ve been looking to buy cocoa butter for some time now but can’t find it in any of my local markets. Thanks for sharing this link! I’ll make sure I come back when I’m ready to order it!
Judy says
That would be awesome 🙂 and thanks for stopping by 🙂

I would love to try this recipe but don’t have the sunflower lecithin, is there a good substitute for it ?
Judy says
it’s an optional ingredient, it helps the chocolate to flow a bit better but if you don’t have it they will still work 🙂
Wanda says
Is the amount of Gentle Sweet the same as the Pyure Organic Stevia?
Judy says
I would taste to make sure they are sweet enough. Pyure is about the same as Gentle sweet.

Hi I was just wondering about your White chocolate chip recipe what could I use instead of the coconut oil if allergic to coconut?
Thanks
Judy says
Hi Skylar, You could try using butter, ghee or palm oil. 🙂
Lisa says
Would this work for dipping strawberries?
Judy says
Yes it would

Just made these for our “skinny chocolate” tutorial at Kim Darcy-Myren’s House tomorrow! Can’t wait to see how they turn out. When you bake them in cookies do they melt into the cookie or do they keep shape?
Judy says
These keep thier shape 🙂
