One of the things that has helped me in my Trim Healthy Mama journey is using many of these Simple Everyday Dinners.
Simplicity is a beautiful thing, and it helps to keep you on plan as well as your family happy. I see many people in the THM community posting that family meal times are difficult, lets keep it simple!!
