Why Should You Eat At Home??
These are a few reasons that apply to me:
- When I plan and prepare I stay “On Plan”
- It removes the temptation to go off plan “just this once”
- We eat healthier and FEEL better
- We save money
Keeping things on the simpler side and planned out really lowers my stress levels. Planning and preparing in advance takes the “thinking” out of my meals and allows me the freedom to accomplish other tasks.
