Peanut Butter Cup Cocoa Mix Makes the Perfect Gift

I am giving this Peanut Butter Cup Cocoa Mix as Christmas gifts to some of my friends and family. Simply packaged in a mason jar with a pretty tag or even packaged in a zip-top bag this hot cocoa mix is sure to be a favorite under the tree.

Healthy hot cocoa mix with hints of peanut butter that makes you feel like you are indulging in a peanut butter cup.
  • ½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder (or other on plan protein powder)
  • 1½ Tablespoons THM Integral Collagen
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup THM Gentle Sweet (or on plan sweetener)
  • 1 cup THM Peanut Flour
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
  2. Store in an air tight container
  3. To Make a Cup:
  4. Warm 6-8 ounces of almond milk. Add 1 Tablespoon of mix. Whisk to combine. Serve with whipped cream and handy chocolate sauce, if desired.

  1. I really enjoyed this mix last winter and I am getting ready to make some again as it suddenly turned cold here! I am wondering what your suggestion would be for using the new chocolate whey protein?

    1. Hi Cara!! i’m so glad you enjoy this mix. I know the weather has been pretty crazy this year. I’d actually replace the cocoa powder, plain whey and 1/2 the sweetener since the chocolate whey is already sweetened slightly. I’m not real sure what other adjustments until I try it myself.. so if you could leave me some comments I’d really appreciate that 🙂
