Happy New Year!!
I like so many other mama’s need to restart my Trim Healthy Mama journey.
I’d like to apologize for being so quiet the last couple months but family commitments interfered with my ability to post and share with you.
(and stay on plan …. can you relate?)
One thing I realized during my short break is that I missed writing here as well as being able to post helpful tips and tools for everyone. I fell off the wagon for a while and am working daily on getting back on track with my meal timing as well as making the right choices… watching my crossovers and just being on plan 100% of the time. I’ve gained back the original 55 pounds that I lost, because honestly
I wasn’t paying attention and the bad habits returned…
Only having coffee for breakfast
Not eating every 3 hours
Enjoying too many crossovers
Not drinking my sippers
Indulging in off plan foods
Not getting the proper amount of rest
Not exercising at all
Back on Plan for a New Year and a New ME!!
Some of the ways that I’m Restarting My Trim Healthy Mama Journey for the New Year are:
Using a Trim Healthy Binder
I made these Binder dividers to use.
These Journaling pages
Planning my Meals at least 2 weeks in advance with this Menu Planner
Using the ingredients we have on hand
The bonus to me restarting Trim Healthy Mama this way is that I get to share some cool printables as well as menu plans and show you how I’m doing it. Especially with recipes like this Sunrise Surprise.

Regained every pound I lost, plus 20! I was skinnier than in my teens. I allowed too many cheats cause I didn’t have to worry about my weight anymore. Before I knew it, I was just totally off plan. I could cry! IDK how I’ll ever lose it again:(

I’m so encouraged by your honesty. I have regained 65 pounds from another journey and have yet to commit to THM for fear I’ll repeat the same pattern. It’s nice to know that others keep trying, too.

I won’t give up… This is the only way I’ve been able to loose since going through menopause… and the only way I’ve been able to control my blood sugar with any regularity… it works and it is sustainable… We keep on keeping on

You mean I’m not the only one? So thankful to find this post. Lost 50 and have regained 30 and NOTHING fits, and I feel like such a failure. I have made a lot of the same mistakes. I want to do better and find a way – in the midst of feeding my picky, junk-loving family – to still take care of myself.

Just tired..do not want to spend time planning..Work 40+hours,4 kids, mom with alzhiemers that live with us.My hubby is so sweet cooks hamburger helper, chicken with rice,rolls..my girls cook also but I am to tired to correct the meals. They know I stay away from bread,etc..I have two THM books,new cook book,etc…but have not found time to read. BEEN in Facebook support group 1+years..My weight over 240#..sugar to high. A1C. not good..I don’t have excuse..need to start and stay!!! Thank you for the printables
